Hi! We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team in New York, NY!

Position Overview:

• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of facility.
• Make repairs requiring skills such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical.
• Responsible for maintenance of light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, replacing sheetrock/plastering/painting walls, repair exit/office/bathroom doors and replacing ceiling/floor tiles.
• Receive and store deliveries of maintenance/office supplies.
• Build and move furniture as needed.
• Participate in preparation for facility inspections and fire drills.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior of facility including trash removal, power washing and snow removal.
• Related duties as assigned.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance of cooling/heating and domestic hot water systems.
• Ensure that the periodic maintenance and inspection of elevators, sprinkler systems, fire alarm system and fire extinguishers is performed and documented.
• NO HS or GED required but candidates should have approximately 3 years exp.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
