Seeking experienced, dependable and committed maintenance technician to provide outstanding maintenance services to our Addison Chapel community. Addison Chapel is a 320-unit garden-style apartment community located in Capitol Heights, MD.

DUTIES:

• Responsible for all aspects of general apartment maintenance, preventive maintenance and turnovers/punch outs within the community
• Rotating emergency on-call duty
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:

• We require at least 2 (two) years of successful experience in apartment maintenance. Will also consider strong and verifiable work experience in a related field.
• Must have electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repair skills
• Tiling skills are a big plus
• Must be able to reach Addison Chapel within 15 minutes or less during on-call duty OR move to an apartment on-site. The work site is 1525 Elkwood Lane, Capitol Heights, MD 20743. Before sending your resume, check that you can reach the site or would like to move on-site.
• Basic computer knowledge necessary for online work ticket process (input and completion/close-out)
• Must be professional, dedicated to high performance and courteous at all times
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate and interact with residents and staff
• Personal, reliable transportation and valid drivers’ license
