Job description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our 236 unit property at The Marquee Apartments in North Hollywood, CA!
The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on at least 150 units property!
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
- Must have experience with HVAC. Certification a plus!
