Job description

My client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the Property Manager of this large residential property in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will be experienced, bilingual in English and Spanish and able to start immediately. This is a temp to perm, and the right candidate will secure the role and be offered benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support property manager with day-to-day property repairs
• Support repairing all systems throughout the residential property.
• Assist unit response and preventive maintenance work orders as necessary.
• Assessing critical situations (fire, natural disasters, major mechanical malfunctions, etc) and facilitating an immediate and appropriate response
• Maintaining effective preventative maintenance and work order programs
• Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the property at all times.
• Maintain the proper use, cleaning, maintenance, and storage of all tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
