Summary:
One of the city’s largest hospitality companies is looking for individuals who have a knack for fixing things. Here’s a unique opportunity to earn up to $23 / hour * as a Maintenance Technician to maintain the award-winning hotels that dot the downtown skyline, including the JW Marriott, Westin, Marriott Downtown, The Otis Hotel, Aloft, Moxy, and other award-winning, Marriott-brand hotels. Your main role is to keep guests coming back by making sure the hotel and restaurants operate seamlessly - from HVAC to electrical, plumbing to appliances, and everything in between. Are you up to the challenge?
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Technician will maintain the hotel and its equipment to the highest standards
- Work with and support the work of building engineers
- Follow procedures and training for repairs, maintenance, and installation
- Maintain availability of tools and supplies
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Understanding of blueprints, specifications, and operating instructions
- A positive attitude and passion for doing things right the first time
- Basic technical experience between schooling and equivalent work experience (at least one year)
- A focus on safety and customer service
