Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Perth Amboy, NJ

Shift: 3rd (10pm-6am)

Experience level: 3+ years of relevant experience

Compensation: $27-$32/hr

**Must speak Spanish**

Summary

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and automated processes.

Responsibilities

· Troubleshoot, and repair Allen Bradley PLCs, panel views and related accessories (servos, inverters, starters, et)

· Troubleshoot and repair photo sensors, level sensor and all other electronic and electrical equipment in a production environment.

· Analyze and resolve problems related to automation, instrumentation, and electronics.

· Confer with supervisors and leads to coordinate repairs and or changes to processes relating to automation and technical issues.

· General plant maintenance relating to production and the facility.

Qualifications

· A minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to understand and communicate in Spanish.

· Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift

• Perth Amboy, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
