Maintenance Technician:

We seek an experienced MT to oversee and manage the River Highlands Apartment community in Columbia, TN. This is a 64-unit property. Tax credit experience is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident-requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the property's exterior to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• HVAC and Tax credit experience.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems (3 yrs)

Successful background checks and drug screening are conditions of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
