AKA WEST HOLLYWOOD is hiring for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician!

We’re looking for someone with:

• 1-2 years prior experience with a hospitality organization.
• Knowledge of the proper use of both hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in English both written and oral.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Performing electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and drywall repair.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Accepting and completing work tickets with detailed notes.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members and residents.
• Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our resident’s needs.
• Reporting and documenting any issues to management that could cause concern for the safety of our residents.

The hospitality industry requires varying schedules to support the business needs of the property. You will be a member of an on-call rotation among maintenance team members to ensure someone is always available to handle service requests outside of normal business hours and responsible for emergencies that may arise outside of normal business hours.
