Job description

Seeking full-time Maintenance Supervisor in the St. Louis Metro area to oversee the operations, safety, and maintenance of our multi-family communities. The Supervisor will oversee the on-site maintenance staff and be a hands-on participant in the daily maintenance needs of multiple locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Participate in the diagnosis and repair in areas such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance.

- Schedule and track all facility unit inspections.

- Schedule and track all safety inspections. This would include but not limited to fire alarm, elevator, back flow and sprinklers.

- Track inventory and order supplies as needed.

- Execute and monitor all preventative maintenance, make-ready’s, daily service tickets, vendor services, etc.

- On-call duties

- Work with Property Manager to oversee capital improvement projects.

- Supervise Maintenance Technicians including delegating work, reviewing service requests and training.

Must have 3-5 years of prior supervisory experience in apartment maintenance, OSHA and HVAC certified. Must have basic tools, clean driving record and reliable transportation, ability to handle physical workload, and be deadline and detail-oriented.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
