Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to serve as the PFN Predictive Maintenance Program Driver in our Maintenance department. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting and coordinating various types of predictive maintenance activities, such as vibration analysis, lubricant analysis, infrared scans, and ultrasonic testing. You will also be responsible for interpreting data from the WAITES predictive maintenance system, identifying, planning, and implementing projects to improve the reliability of plant equipment, and providing troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Technical Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of direct or non-direct PFN maintenance experience that directly relates to the area of Reliability
• Strong technical aptitude
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to utilize various analytical tools and methods for the purpose of identifying and resolving various types of reliability-related deficiencies
• Able to utilize and reference OEM equipment documentation (blueprints, shop drawings, manuals, Cut Sheets, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and document vibration analysis
• Coordinate lubricant analysis, IR scans, and ultrasonic testing
• Train maintenance team members on shaft alignment
• Monitor the WAITES predictive maintenance system and work with the Maintenance Planner to schedule repairs of WAITES-related deficiencies
• Document all predictive maintenance-related information
• Identify, plan, and implement various projects to improve the inherent reliability of plant equipment
• Assist with machine repairs/preventative maintenance tasks as needed and during weekly planned PM downs
• Account for time utilizing CMMS

• Participate in the Maintenance on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
• Other tasks as assigned by Maintenance leadership
