Job description
Quarry Plant Maintenance - 2nd Shift - What Will You Do?
- All plant maintenance related responsibilities.
- Planning and implementing plant and ground related maintenance.
- Identify daily and long-term potential plant problem areas related to the production & delivery.
- Implement plans to address problems with proper solutions.
- Owns segments of the manufacturing process related to proper plant operation.
- Assist all required internal & external coworkers in problem solving, maintenance & repair related to the plant operation & manufacturing process.
- Develop & implement plant control policies & procedures as required.
- Direct communication with plant, dispatch & management staff regarding related maintenance activities.
- Maintain plant parts inventory.
- Assist with plant safety requirements & works with the plant operator in maintaining proper safety records.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements - What Are We Looking For?
- Mechanically inclined.
- Knowledge of mechanical & electrical controls as it relates to the plant manufacturing & delivery process.
- Team Mindset - "The NESL Way"
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
- Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
- High School Graduate/GED.
