Hourly Pay Range: $37.02 - $41.44 (depending on experience)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Maintenance Planner Scheduler (MPS) is an hourly position, reporting to the Maintenance Leader. The primary role of the maintenance planner is to improve work force productivity and work quality by eliminating in advance potential delays and obstacles through proper planning and coordination of parts, machine time and resources.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow the RWP roles and responsibilities per standard (Refer to RWP Process)
- Spends 15% of time in the field, scoping jobs, 85% at the computer planning jobs
- Maintain SAP Master Data (MEL, BOM, Spare parts, PMs, etc.)
- Meet or exceed expectations for RWP KAI metrics
- Make any additional sketches or diagrams needed to clarify to intent of the work order.
- Review and screen each work order to ensure correct information including, but not limited to work scope, priority, dates, cost centers, authorization approval, etc.
- Ensure that work requested is needed; if not, refer work request to the Maintenance Leader
- Plan and schedule maintenance work on a daily, weekly or shutdown basis, as well as, track performance and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely and coordinate availability of facilities, equipment needing work, parts, materials, and special tools/ equipment for orderly and efficient work execution.
- Analyze failure and repair history to locate opportunities to improve equipment reliability
- Provide all documentation needed to perform work including instructions, pictures, diagrams, etc.
- Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of this position, as directed by the area leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US
- Must be drug and alcohol free
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Related experience and/or training in an industrial environment
- Utilize SAP for data entry and reporting
