Maintenance Manager (Filling Lines)

Up to $130,000 to start plus full benefits

As Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Join a specialist in Juice Manufacturing
• Supervise a team of up to 10 Maintenance Technicians
• Manage service, maintenance and installation processes at the manufacturing facility
• Provide leadership, guidance and direction to maintenance team members
• Allocate labor according to business needs
• Take a hands-on approach and work alongside your team
• Maintain filling line production equipment and building/facilities equipment
• Administer maintenance schedules
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Make emergency repair as necessary
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and defects
• Diagnose/identify root cause
• Reassemble, recalibrate and test equipment/machines once repairs are complete
• Perform routine and spot quality audits of Maintenance Team activities
• Document team maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with leadership teams
• Manage special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 2 years of Maintenance Management experience
• Filling Line Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Mechanical and Electrical skills
• Experience with Juice Manufacturing Equipment

Pluses:

• +++ Experience in an ISO environment
