Maintenance Manager IPS
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong both mechanically and electrically. A working knowledge of both
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Familiar with prints and wiring diagrams with the ability to follow and interpret.
- Basic shop practices using welder, cutting torch, drill press and band saw.
- Ability and willingness to train others.
- Well organized
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive PM program.
- Blown film and bag converting experience a plus.
- Highschool diploma or GED required.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferably showing a continued increase in duties and responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Good written and oral communication skills
