We are a globally recognized manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Maintenance Leader/Supervisor to their growing team. This facility has 50+ employees and offers industry leading compensation, benefits, and culture
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Maintenance Lead/ Supervisor will be reporting to the Plant Manager responsible for leading a department of 4-6 direct employees.
- Complete ownership of the Maintenance and Reliability function
- Responsible for the training and development of staff
- Responsible for complete AM/PM schedule of all plant capital equipment
- Manage all external service providers and relationships with contractors
- Project Management activities inclusive of equipment installations
- Work cross functionally with different internal departments including Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant Maintenance Leadership experience.
- Degree is preferred but will to consider candidates with applicable experience
- Experience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environment is required
- Experience with stamping presses, dies, and tooling
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and work cross functionally with others
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
