JOB SUMMARY:
Maintenance Manager plays a critical role within our manufacturing plant and supports our production team to drive production while maintaining high standards for safety, quality and efficiency standards. This position is will lead the Maintenance Mechanic team, by mentoring team to minimize downtime, implement and manager TPM’s and manage CAPEX projects and ensure all compliance guidelines are met.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for the development and coaching for all Technicians and Admin.
- Implement and maintain TPM initiatives.
- Develop and implement KPI’s for the department
- Manage all maintenance vendors and ensure all work is validated, negotiated and supports company initiatives
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives by working with production team.
- Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
- Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain and complete all required documentation following OSHA and EPA regulatory requirements (e.g., logs, records, checklist, etc.)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree
- CARO, CIRO, PSM and HVAC is a PLUS
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment of 30ºF to 45ºF up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must have people and communication skills.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience working at a Maintenance Manager capacity
- 7 years of experience working with air compressors, motors, pneumatic systems, conveyors and production machines.
Overall Requirements:

Ability to be cross trained and multitask in multiple positions

Be able to operate freezer, filler etc. and control overrun
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
