WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations
• Managing the engineering/maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of the hotel guests and employees
• Ensuring compliance with all brand, federal, state, and local regulatory and inspection requirements
• Maintaining and repairing the interior and exterior of building, hotel rooms and contents, laundry equipment, kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning, ventilations, and water systems
• Working closely with contractors on repairs and capital projects
• Making cost evaluations on in-house repairs versus contractors
