Jeeves by Vacasa sets the standard for vacation rentals by offering hotel style amenities, 24/7 service, concierge, and personalized experiences. Jeeves guidelines also require most homes to have updated or new interiors, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, private pools, and resort access for the most popular resorts in the Orlando area. At the end of the day, owner and guest experience is what matters and anything we can do to help make it a POSITIVE one is what we do!

What you'll do
- Dispatch team will be responsible for managing and dispatching maintenance, concierge, and housekeeping work orders.
- Use Streamline Property Management System to receive and dispatch emergency / non-emergency maintenance, concierge, and housekeeping work orders upon request. This also entails not only Pending work orders but also Ghost Pending work orders.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
- Access situations and prioritize calls and work orders
- Oversee the route of field technicians and track delivery status of products ordered with the Purchasing Department.
- Coordinate schedules effectively
- Report all Guest damages to Property Care & Owners Damage department daily via email, coordinate via email and in person meetings with other departments when guest damages arise
- Report any needed repairs needed to the appropriate department
- Dispatch work orders to Vendors Needed when a vendor is needed and make all follow up daily throughout the day and implement all notes to work orders, also following up when work is done informing vendors to email in their invoice for payment.
- Accurately maintain notes and work order statues by managing data in Streamline PMS for information needed & received
- Effectively manage large work orders that involve several vendors and breakdown work orders into supporting work orders
- Dispatch Part's Arrived that are purchased by the Purchasing Department on accurate dates.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.
- Work as a team to help get the job done and provide cross coverage for other team members
Skills you'll need
- Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls, and texts
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Full time availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in short-term rental housing is preferred
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work is required

Work Environment, Availability and Travel Requirements, and Physical Demands:
Work Environment
- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
- Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation but at times make have access to company vehicle
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
- Reach overhead and below the waist
- Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
