• Full Time Position available on or before July 1, 2023
• High school graduate or trade school equivalency
• Holds valid NJ Driver’s License for all owned maintenance and grounds vehicles.
• Must have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Strong decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills are required for troubleshooting maintenance issues and resolving emergencies. Proficiency in math and understaning of plumbing, electricity and HVAC systems is essential for this position.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds at least 20% of the time, bend, lift, squat, crawl, perform repetitive motions, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, shovel, work in elements, stand for long periods of time
• Ability to operate power tools and/or equipment
• Ability to estimate materials for proper completion of tasks as well as establishing time requirements and proper staffing for projects.
• Proficient in at least two (2) of the following trades with a working knowledge of the remainder: demolition, carpentry, masonry, ceiling tile and support systems, painting, plumbing, glazing, floor tiling, roofing, HVAC, electrical, locksmith.
