Job Description
Manage the corporate mails services program in all buildings at the corporate campus for shipments both outbound and inbound, mail, and deliveries. Mail services also is knowledgeable about shipping vendor practices, contract terms and are hazardous shipment certified.
Responsibilities and duties:
The Mail Services tech is responsible for the following daily tasks:

• Cleaning, sanitizing, preparing mailroom to open for the day.

• Familiar with our PB postage machine.

• Delivery of US Postal mail as dropped off by GLS.

• Delivery of inbound shipments via shipping vendors.

• Daily, retrieve all inbound packages (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) from the dock

• Log all inbound business packages (employees will have personal packages delivered to the office, but we don’t include those) in our FedEx system.

• Outbound shipping of packages via shipping vendors. Follow proper outbound shipping requirements to ensure properly delivered.

• Package management – problem solving missing, rush, and customs package issues

• Support our remote workforces with shipment delivery and out of office case issues.

• Bel-Air deliveries of inter store mail/packages for corporate campus.

• File shipping documents everyday into shipping binder.

• Research shipments in case of any issues.

• Monthly reporting regarding USPS mailboxes, Pitney Bowes metering service
