Laser / Press Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to learn machine setups and operation procedures from lead
• Experience operating Cutting, Pressing and/or Coating machinery a huge plus
• Following basic work instructions for job orders and changeovers
• Communicating with other operators as well as the lead as needed
• Working within a team environment and assisting in other areas
• Checking quality of machined product for customer specifications/tolerances
• Ability to stand and walk around facility for entire shift
• Machine adjustments such as speed, feed, temperature, air, etc
• Overtime interest a plus
