Masterson Staffing Solutions has partnered with a valued client in Byron, MN.

We are looking for an Equipment Operator Assistant, responsible for performing press tasks involved in production of our products. This is an entry-level position with great opportunity for growth within the company!

Primary responsibilities include things such as: perform routine quality checks, tests and inspections during and/or at end of production process, move/load paper in and out of press, jogging and boxing orders, move product, assist with plating, wash-ups, keep supplies available, etc.

Also includes duties such as: assemble, package, bind or fabricate items to make and/or complete products like: displays, signs, kits, etc.

Production is completed by using hands, hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and light power tools and equipment.

Cleans and maintains area in accordance with established safety procedures and guidelines.
