As a Production Machine Operator, you will complete various tasks in a manufacturing environment to help produce various beverages.

Position Related Activities and Key Job Duties

  • Conduct a variety of position specific tasks as a part of the production process.
  • Loading materials into production machines, removing packs and sorting raw materials and/or finished products.
  • Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste; keep production equipment and work area free of trash and debris.
  • Set-up, operate and troubleshoot equipment, including mechanical, programmable controls etc. and complete necessary filler, conveyor and palletizer adjustments for changeovers.
  • Identify and report production issues to appropriate parties using plant intercoms and or 2-Way radio system.
  • Monitor computer terminals and OIT screens.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Safety Equipment

  • Safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, hairnets, beard nets, protective aprons & face shields where applicable.

Education and Additional Requirements

  • High School or General Education Diploma
  • Mobility to all areas of a multi-level production facility.
  • Basic Math Skills (+, - , x, ÷).
  • Read, write, and ability to understand instructions.
  • Demonstrates good attendance record.
  • Ability to move materials weighing a minimum of 50 pounds for distances of ten feet or better.
