Essential job functions are:
- Match job file program with material required for job
- Load material on machine
- Ensure correct tooling is in place for the job.
- Execute job file program.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure program is executing properly.
- Be alert for broken tool or errant tool path.
- Unload and deburr completed parts.
Qualifications
- Candidates with large format digital print experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Vocational school or 1-3 years of related exp preferred.
- Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic
- Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Engineering and Technology — Be able to apply principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Tasks
- Must be able to quality inspect, deburr, and label all parts as needed.
- Must be able to maintain and clean machinery as needed daily.
- Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
- Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Stop machines to remove finished workpieces or to change tooling, setup, or workpiece placement, according to required machining sequences.
- Transfer commands from servers to computer numerical control (CNC) modules, using computer network links.
- Check to ensure that workpieces are properly lubricated and cooled during machine operation.
Physical Requirements
- May have to work with or around electrical equipment.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Will be required to stand 80% of workday.
- May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers
Shift:
- 6:00am to 2:30pm

Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
