Job description

Machine Operators needed on 3rd shift in Austinburg for a rapidly growing facility. Hours would be Sunday-Thursday from 11p-7a with overtime on Friday. Pay starts out at $15.25 an hour with an increase once hired in permanently based upon performance.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Operate the various pieces of equipment that facilitate the production of the product in a safe and efficient manner utilizing the Visto system to identify cook times, cooling times, rotation etc.
2. Continuously inspect the quality of the product and take appropriate actions as per the work instructions. Notify Group Leader or appropriate person of continuous parts that do not meet quality control standards..
3. Accurately complete paperwork as required indicating scrap and quality issues.
4. Move supplies and product as required for mold production.
5. Check weights and qualities of products and accurately record pertinent information.
6. Move raw materials
7. Perform minor equipment maintenance requirements as necessary and required to keep molds in optimal repair and scrap to a minimum..
8. Trim products at the machine as directed by Visto and Instructors.
9. Move finished product across floor to Secondary Assembly area

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Follows established ISO and H&S rules and safe working practices
2. Maintain internal customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure work area is cleaned and a safe work environment is maintained
4. Perform all other duties as assigned and trained.

Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations and follow all safety working practices. Report any unsafe working conditions to the Production Manager/group leader. Report ALL work related incidents immediately.

Education and Specific Training

Minimum: Previous experience in a Rotational Molding environment would be an asset.
High School graduate or equivalent
