Machine Operator Assistant Pay: $21-24/hour

• +$2/hour for night shift
• Guaranteed 8 hours overtime pay every 2 weeks but only work 84 hours!!

Machine Operator Assistant Job Overview: The Printing Press Machine Operator Assistant will assist the Press Operator in setting up and running of an 8 or 10 color Flexographic Printing press.

Machine Operator Assistant 12 Hour Rotating Shifts:

• 7 days off every 2 weeks!!Work 3 days week 1 (36 hours)

Work 4 days week 2 (48 hours)

• Guaranteed 8 hours overtime pay every 2 weeks but only work 84 hours!!
• 2 Shifts Available:

Day Shift 6:00AM-6:00PM
Night Shift 6:00PM-6:00AM

• Work every other weekend

Machine Operator Assistant Key Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 year experience running machines similar to as described below
• Able to work rotating 12 hour shifts (3 days week 1, 4 days week 2) and work every other weekend
• Work hours beyond the normal workday based on the demands of the business cycle, customer volume of business
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic
• Willing to stand most of the shift, able to lift up to 75lbs occasionally

Machine Operator Assistant

Machine Operator Assistant Key Job Duties (Training program designed to help you succeed):

• Assist the Press Operator in setting up and running of an 8 or 10 color Flexographic Printing press
• Load and unload roll on machine, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Load and unload print sleeves
• Check ink viscosity and clean print station and ink pumps
• Assemble and adjust doctor blade chamber
• Able to take direction and follow Press Operator needs
• Maintain Housekeeping standards and work safely at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
