Day-to-day Responsibilities: The client's Center for Information Technology (CIT) Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) program is seeking a Microsoft 365 Developer / Administrator to develop, implement, support, and document business solutions leveraging capabilities within the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 platform.
The candidate shall be customer/client focused and consultative in their approach with end users. Ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of modern web development technologies, source control and CI/CD strategies, Azure compute, data, and messaging workloads, and the Microsoft identity platform, including OAuth2, OData, OpenID Connect, and permission/consent concepts.

Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities are to interface with business users, project manager, Architects to ensure that implemented solutions satisfy business requirements and are delivered in a timely manner; Document, test, implement the new features.
- Review Microsoft relevant message center items on daily basis
- Work with end users on daily basis and troubleshoot the issues.
- Generate reports using Power BI platform environments to as required to address business requirements
Desired Application Expertise/Certification:
- PowerShell scripting expertise within Office 365 / Azure AD / Teams / SharePoint / Exchange Online
- Possesses broad knowledge base of Office 365 technical architecture and the interdependencies with other enterprise services in O365/Azure technology stack
- Experience with PowerShell, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure, file transfer protocols, API's and troubleshooting data-flows
- Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect.
