We are seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor to join our team of talented medical professionals. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pediatric floor and overseeing all staff, patient care, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the work of nursing staff.
• Resolve conflicts between staff and residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff and residents.
• Maintain order among residents.
• Adhere to federal and state standards for nursing care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $36.50 per hour
