Job description
The LPN as supervised and delegated by a RN, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. Safely administers and documents medications according to established procedures. Monitors and documents vital signs for prompted medications. Documents patient care given.
PRN, as needed (day shift). Current TN LPN Licensure. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment, ACLS required within 12 months of employment. Six months to one year experience with psychiatric/behavioral patients.
