SynergenX-Low T Center-HerKare, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team! NO NIGHT SHIFTS! NO ON CALL SHIFTS!
Responsibilities:
- Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care
- Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies
- Perform venipuncture
- Administer IM injections
- Take vitals and perform related supervised functions
- Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory
- Ability to keep up with high patient volume similar to urgent care pace.
Requirements:
- Training and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered/undisciplined/not currently under review)
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Administering Injections experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Pass Criminal Background check
- Must be Available Hours of operation: M- 8-5, Tu 8-7, W 8-1, Th 7-5, F 8-5 and Sat 8a-12pm (Rotating Saturdays but up to 3 Saturdays a month, and then will have a weekday off) Closed for lunch 1pm-2pm

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
