Sunday/Tuesday/Wednesday - 8AM-8PM
$24/Hr || Immediate Pay Option!

Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Responsibilities:
Provides direct nursing care to residents & supervises care provided by medication care specialists. Responsibilities include:
- Document resident status as per policy.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents.
- Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
- Provide daily report to the Community Wellness Director concerning conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs
- Supervise the continuity of care, respond to changes in medical condition, medications or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as required.
- Assess/monitor complex resident health status and determine appropriate interventions. Develop/monitor ongoing care plan with resident.
Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license
- 1 year nursing exp.; 1-year exp. working with Alzheimer’s/dementia patients preferred
- Covid-19 testing as requested; proof of Covid-19 Vaccine & Flu vaccine, excluding religious/medical exemptions.
- BLS or CPR certification required
