Job Title: LPN

Shift:4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Duration: 13+ weeks Contract with possible extension
Payrate:$40.00hr. on W2

This role requires alternating weekend. This role is for Riker's Prison. DOC/PREA clearance required.

Duties:

Coordinates utilization review s of managed care contracts using established guidelines and processes. Ensures all clinical operations comply w with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines and other managed care policies. Communicates w with physicians, discharge planners and others to process referrals, authorization for services, and capture data related to utilization. Maintains managed care contracts and information databases and prepares reports.

Skills:

Five years of experience

Education:

Currently licensed to practice as a LPN in NYS -

Required ASN -

preferred Windows experience -

preferred EPIC experience - preferred

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Evening shift

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• East Elmhurst, NY 11369: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• LVN (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• LPN (Preferred)
