Job Summary:

Essential Job Functions:

· Responsible for high volume stores in the Region/ districts.

· Minimum 3 years of asset protection/loss prevention internal investigations experience in a retail multi-store environment.

· Build partnership with Director of Loss Prevention, Human Resources, Regional, District and Store managers.

· Utilize exception reports programs to generate internal cases.

· Able to travel more than 50%. Some travel may require over nights and out of town.

· Enforce Policies and Procedures.

· Enforce Shrink programs.

· Conduct truck and trailer investigations.

· Conduct Internal interview (WZ Certified recommended).

· Report writing.

· Make court appearance for internal cases.

· Conduct witness training.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of asset protection/loss prevention and/ or internal. investigations experience in a retail multi-store environment.

· Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

· Display excellent communication skills, basic CCTV and computer skills, time management skills Investigation skills.

· Excellent Report writing skills.

· Able to develop and maintain strong partnership with Store management.

· Wicklander-Zulawski certification, Military or Police background recommended.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
