Job description

Oversee the daily operations of rental property

Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, and contracting vendors.

Maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.

Processes move-outs

Maintain files, key inventory and Owner/Tenant/Property databases

Collect and post rent, fees, deposits, etc

Processes invoices/payments/owner financials

Perform detailed property inspections, assesses needed repairs, coordinate with vendors, prepare/submit estimates for approval, oversee repairs, and provide detailed updates to owners/department throughout the process.

*Available evenings and weekends to handle any after-hour emergencies.
*Will require the use of own vehicle and cell phone.

Skills Required:

Real Estate License preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication

General to Advanced knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law – Texas Property Code

Persistent follow-up and seeing all projects through in a timely manner

General to Advanced knowledge of Building Systems is a must

Time Management

Relationship-Building

Basic Accounting knowledge

Job costing experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Appfolio a plus.

Knowledge of identifying potential maintenance issues and responding appropriately to tenant concerns.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
