What is the job?

• Processes, audits, validates, and voucher for payment of all bills and expenses resulting from the transportation, warehousing, drayage and cartage of product to and from all facilities used by Hormel.
• Inputs and maintains accurate database entries in applications software for the payment process including Order Processing Load Status, Manugistics, and Oracle.
• Assists in miscellaneous related activities such as handling documents and information regarding freight and warehouse bills.

What do you bring to the job?

• High school education or the equivalent.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with personal computers and word processing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
• Ability to accurately enter data at the rate of 6,000 kph.
• Ability to use custom computer programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize work.
