Job Description:

Our company is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics, warehouse, and rigging operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations of the service office, including drivers’ scheduling, intercompany inventory transfers, building upkeep, and small fleet management
• Oversee on-site inventory and parts inventory
• Work closely with Accounting for maintenance of office expenses, receipts reconciliation, work order processing, licenses
• Oversee rigging department, along with service lead, to ensure timetables and quality standards are met
• Work in partnership with the rigging lead to maintain staff training, certifications, and compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Provide administrative support to HR and senior management
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse management or marine rigging operations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Marine industry background is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite, and related software.

Position Type:

This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but are flexible based on need. Evening, night, and weekend work may be required as duties demand.
