Logistics & Fulfillment Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Bomber sells a full line of ski products, including helmets and clothing and is carried throughout the US and Europe.

Bomber produces all of its skis in its own factory in Cossato, Italy. Every pair is hand-crafted by Bomber’s master craftsmen based on designs by esteemed engineers. Its US HQ is at 681 5th Avenue in the Plaza
District of Manhattan, USA.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The logistics and fulfillment manager oversees and implements the fulfillment strategy process across wholesale, dropship and direct-to-consumer channels and also manages the flow of products from the completion of production to the NYC warehouse (this includes sales to major department stores and ski stores). Additionally, this position facilitates wholesale and drop shipping relations. Ideally this individual is passionate and knowledgeable about skiing and ski products.

KEY TASKS:

- Day to day oversight and ownership of product inventory, fulfillment and logistics management across all operations.

- Maintain accurate inventory accounts.
- Manage orders through all three channels (wholesale/dropship/DTC).
- Maintain contact with all accounts – send fill in products as needed.
- Consult with C-Suite regarding production and transfer needs.
- Organizing/Participating in on-snow events.
- Training staff in ski stores in Aspen, Deer Valley, Big Sky, Jackson Hole, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce consumer packaged goods operations and logistics.
- Ski industry background of 3-5 years.
- Luxury sector experience is preferred.
- Above proficient technological skills, across office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and e- commerce applications (Shopify). Excellent Excel skills required.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Well organized.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects successfully.
- Ski mechanics skills a plus.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Report directly to C suite management.

LOCATION:
Location: in New York City at Bomber HQ.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation will include a competitive base salary with performance-based bonus structure that is directly correlated with company success.
