Job description
As a Loan Processing Specialist II with Frost, you will be responsible for the review of complex consumer and commercial loan documents as well as input to the loan system for completeness and accuracy, this includes all procedures associated with booking and funding loans. Responsibilities will include verifying all loan documentation is received and checked for accuracy and completeness; notifying appropriate bank personnel of any errors/missing documents found; and debiting customer accounts and preparing general ledger entries, monetary tickets, and maintenance as needed to book loans. The candidate will ensure accuracy of the previous day's booked loans and maintenance performed.
Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of general ledgers, debits, and credits
- Accurate and detailed-oriented
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
