POSITION TITLE: Load-in Receiving Lead

POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for meeting daily and weekly production goals, while also meeting quality, accuracy, and safety objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring 2 lines of equipment, bin handling system, and HMI system
• Delegating with different departments on production needs
• Perform daily GMP inspections
• Manage employee breaks and lunch times
• Prioritize receiving schedule to meet deadlines
• Maintain bins of dirt free, maximize weight in bins to 1100-1150lbs
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Run receiving lines at maximum speed
• Leading shift to meet 75% overall equipment efficiency (25sets = 75%)
• Able to make minor adjustments or settings on all equipment
• Encouraging employees to follow food and safety policies
• Correcting employees when policies are broken
• Training new hires on equipment and job functions
• Preform daily BOS’s inspections
• Promoting a safe environment
• Overseeing vehicle inspections are being completed
• Forklift driver experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technically compatible
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Works well with a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Good problem-solving skills
• Candidate must have good attendance and excellent safety records

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual English /Spanish preferred
• Forklift driver experience
• Production Operation skills
