Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prominent, national firm that is looking for an experienced Litigation Secretary. The opportunity is temp to hire. The job is on-site working near the Irvine Spectrum.

The firm is looking for the following in a candidate
- Expertise in State and Federal e-Filing
- Bulletproof system for Calendaring all the various court dates
- Support a busy 3:1 attorney to secretary desk
- Skilled with formatting a wide variety of legal documents
- Excellent relationship building and communications skills
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, etc)
- Legal Document Management Software (Elite, Aderant, ProLaw, or the like)
- Typing at least 70 WPM
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
