National Los Angeles law firm, is currently seeking a Paralegal to join its team in Woodland Hills. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the litigation field and preferably has worked in practice areas of Labor & Employment, D&O, Insurance Defense and class & collective actions. Ideal candidate should have a very strong understanding of Federal, State and Local court rules and procedures, excellent computer skills with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel and MS Office, including Outlook; experience with Juris is a plus; excellent oral and written communication skills; exceptional attention to detail; ability to work independently as well as with the team; exceptional organizational skills.

Primary Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Drafting and finalizing correspondence including formatting, proof reading and spell checking
- Drafting, Editing and in some cases filing pleadings with State and Federal courts
- Legal Research
- Assisting with discovery and document production
- Trial Assistance
- Billable requirement is 1200-1440/yr.
