We are looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our growing trial team. You will be responsible (along with our senior paralegal) for the coordination of all the details before, during, and after the trial, as well as assisting with client intake. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, legal research, document filing, and attending trials. The ideal candidate will work directly and often with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts and cannot be afraid of the phone.

$50,000 - $60,000

• Case Intake
• Drafting and e-filing pleadings and discovery
• Maintaining electronic files with our CRM (Clio)
• Calendar management
• Corresponding with clerks of the court, process servers, mediators, and clients
• Collaborating with attorneys and other team members as necessary

• Organizational skills, focus, and a strong work ethic are the most important qualifications for this position.
• Paralegal certification by an ABA-approved program is a must!
• Should have 2-3 years civil litigation of experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Legal collection experience is a plus
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is required
