We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least three years of experience. A successful candidate for this position has a background in civil litigation handling Construction Defect Litigation (Developer Defense) and/or Casualty/PI (Defense). The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for helping attorneys track the progress of litigation, prepare evidence for court and conducting legal research. Handle all Discovery and manage all documents. This position will require the successful candidate to work with opposing counsel during trials and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that litigation is moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Draft discovery requests; rogs; RFP.
- Gather and review documents related to the case for inconsistencies.
- Answer general legal questions about the case.
- Help attorneys on any and all discovery matters.
- Work with the communications team to summarize findings from case research.
- Work with all levels of support staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,342.00 - $82,311.00 per year
