The iconic Columns hotel, located uptown on St. Charles Avenue, is seeking experienced and passionate candidates to join our culinary team. We are looking to fill both the hot and cold line (Saute and Garmo)

About the Job:

As a line cook at the Columns, you will be responsible for cooking and plating menu items in accordance with the recipes and standards of our culinary team, led by Chef Paul Terrebonne. Must be well organized, clean and focused to prepare for and execute service, and maintain a pristine working environment at assigned station. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail is essential.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of experience in a similar position and be able to work evenings. Above all applicants need to have a passion for food and hospitality. Must be great at multitasking and team orientated, as well as a positive attitude towards providing hospitable service for both guest and employees.
