Now hiring part time line cook for private golf club located in Punta Gorda FL.

This position is typically 9 am - 4 pm 4-5 days a week, some evening special events. Benifits include paid vacation, golf course, perks, match IRA, employee meal.

Must have clean and neat appearance. Must be pleasant and professional to members. Must have reliable transportation and be flexible in hours

• Performs all necessary opening and closing side-work as per side-work schedule/assignments.
• Maintains awareness of daily specials, soups, and 86’d items.
• Knowledgeable of all menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
• Knowledgeable to answer questions about the menu in a direct, concise way.
• Maintains assigned areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Works to ensure guest satisfaction in presentation and quality of food.
