Round Hill Pines Beach Resort is looking for Line Cooks of all skill levels to join our team, in a beautiful part of Lake Tahoe.

Duties and Include:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours.
• Line Cook is responsible for that station's workflow and getting meals out on time.
• Maintain accurate food inventories.
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures.
• Restock the kitchen for subsequent shifts.
• Ensure that workstations are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift.

Requirements Include:

• Be able to read and follow standardized recipes.
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures, be able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere.
• A Food Handler’s Certification is required from the state of Nevada.
• No experience is necessary, but one must have a willingness to learn.

Pay is based on experience.
