Job description

This position will help us provide exceptional customer service to our current customers, build lasting relationships with new customers and grow our book of business.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience with standard business applications including MS Office

· Strong phone presence

· Prior customer service experience

· Strong listening skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Life and Health Insurance License (Ohio)

· Insurance or Financial Services customer service experience

· Self-starter able to work within a team environment

· Experience in business planning and sales strategy

· Experience in networking within the community

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Provide professional and consistent service that is customer-focused

· Resolve customer concerns or forward the customer to the appropriate individual

· Document all correspondence with clients in agency management system (AMS)

· Set activities for the appropriate workflow

· Support insurance agents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
