About the Job:

All Care Extended Care has an immediate opening for a California LVN (LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSES) for a private duty for our South Los Angeles, CA patient.

The clinician will be responsible for providing one-on-one care of a patient in a home setting according to their needs on an 8 hour day or night shift schedule.

Thorough documentation of care provided and timely submission of notes.

Qualifications:

• California Nursing license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• SS no.
• Proof of authorization to work, if applicable.

Others:

• TB test.
• COVID Vaccine and booster
• Physical at least within 6 months
• Titers- MMR/Varicella.
• Immunization, optional.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
