Mountain View Healthcare Center, a leading provider of Skilled Nursing Services located in Santa Clara County, CA, is seeking an experienced full-time Nurse (RN or LVN) to join our team for the AM/PM/NOC shift. SIGN ON BONUS offered to qualifying hired candidates. Wages start at $40 - $45 per hour for LVNs, and from $50 to $60 per hour for RNs.

Responsibilities:
The Nurse will ensure that resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal state and local guidelines. Observes, evaluates and gathers data, confers with and is directed by the Director of Nursing to meet the emotional, physical and cognitive needs of the patients.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a valid permanent/temporary (including interim permit) California Nurse License.
1 year experience preferred as an RN or LVN in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting.
Proficient in using our clinical software American Health Tech (AHT) or similar
