Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness.
We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help provide nursing shifts to an adult patient with ALS that has a ventilator.
We have a few day and night shifts available - Sign up today and we can get you these open shifts in a few days!
Do you have home care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses who can uphold our standards and culture.
Qualifications:
> Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
> Minimum 1 year home health experience
> Provide Ventilator (vent) and Tracheostomy (trach) care
> Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care
